You might be facing the above issue if you purchased using a server other than Malaysia or your MLBB account is from a foreign country other than Malaysia. 

This is a new setting by MLBB, and we are just cooperating. If you wish to make an immediate purchase, please purchase directly from the app or create a new MLBB account on the Malaysian server.
