If a card error code appears when making a purchase, check the list below for the code and the next steps to take.

Error 312
This occurs when a transaction shows potential security risk, or when the payment channel isn't currently available.
Error 316
The UID has been restricted. Email fraud@codashop.com for further assistance.
Error 403
Coda's attempt to process the charge with the payment provider was unsuccessful due to a general error reported by the provider. No charge will be made for this transaction.
Error 410
The payment provider was unable to verify one of the details in Coda's transaction request. Try again after a few minutes.
Error 704
The bank or card provider declined this transaction. Check the following when purchasing on Codashop Malaysia using a card:
- Don't use a VPN during the transaction.
- Only Malaysia-issued cards work on Codashop. Transactions can only be completed while in Malaysia.
- Recheck all card details, including the card number, expiry date, CVC, and the OTP received.
- Multiple attempts made at the same time will automatically block the card as a risk-protection measure. Try again another day.
- Clear browser cookies before trying again.
No charge should be made for these attempts.
Error 706
This occurs when the card used has insufficient balance or limit. Confirm the card has sufficient balance, then try again.
Error 711
Card verification failed. Recheck the mobile number registered with the card, and enter the OTP within the given time frame.
Error 750
This occurs when payment fails a security check.

If you need more help, or have already been charged despite receiving the error message, contact Customer Support and provide the following:
- Last 4 digits of the card
- Email address used during the purchase
- The product or item being purchased
- Card's country of origin
- Proof of payment (if charged)
