Error 213
Error 213 means the transaction has expired. This can happen if the OTP wasn't entered on the Codashop payment page in time (for the Direct Carrier Billing payment method), or if payment wasn't received within the session period (for Bank Transfer, E-Wallet, or Convenience Store payment methods).
Restart the device and try the purchase again if no charge was made.
Error 225
Error 225 indicates that a purchase was attempted using an inactive payment channel. Try the purchase again using a different payment channel.
Error 227
Error 227 means a purchase was attempted using a price point that isn't active in Codashop's system. Try the purchase again using a different price point.
Error 309
Error 309 means the IP address from which the purchase was initiated is blocked. Restart the phone if using mobile data, or restart the modem if using Wi-Fi.
Error 312
Error 312 occurs when a transaction violates one or more risk rules. Double-check that the payment details are correct, then retry the purchase after a few minutes.
Error 407
This error occurs when a temporary issue with the payment provider prevents your payment from being processed successfully. Wait a few minutes and try again later.
Error 410
Error 410 means the mobile number belongs to a different telco. Confirm the mobile number entered matches the service provider.
Error 414
Error 414 means there isn't sufficient balance on the mobile number at the time of the transaction. Confirm the mobile account has enough balance before making a purchase.
Error 443
The user's phone number has exceeded their prepaid or postpaid service limit. Try the purchase again the following month.

If you need more help or have already been charged despite receiving the error message, contact Customer Support and provide the following:
- Phone number used during the purchase
- Email address used during the purchase
- The product or item being purchased
- Screenshot of the error
- Proof of payment (if charged)
- Transaction ID (if any)
