You can still use your remaining Codacash balance to buy products on Codashop Malaysia until 31 October 2026. After that date, your Codacash balance can’t be used or redeemed.
How do I request a refund for my remaining Codacash balance?
The deadline to request a refund for your remaining Codacash balance is 31 December 2026.
If you still have a Codacash balance after 31 October 2026, contact Customer Support to request a refund and include the following information:
- Email address registered to your Codashop account
- Phone number registered to your Codacash account
- Screenshot of your remaining Codacash balance
Why is Codacash being discontinued?
Codashop is focusing on its loyalty programme, Coda Rewards. With Coda Rewards, eligible customers can collect rewards and redeem them for discounts on future purchases.
