Voucher codes are sent to the email address or phone number entered during the transaction, based on the payment method used. Each voucher code is one-time-use only, and the account holder is responsible for it once it has been sent.

If a voucher code is shared with someone else and used by them, the transaction cannot be refunded. See Terms & Conditions for details.

Note: Codashop and its employees never ask for a one-time password (OTP). Voucher codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

To protect a voucher code, never share it with anyone, including someone claiming to represent Codashop. If a website or offer's legitimacy is in doubt, contact Customer Support to verify before sharing any details.
