Family fraud happens when a parent, child, sibling, or friend with access to personal information uses saved payment details to make online purchases without the account holder's knowledge.
- Never share the one-time password (OTP), device password, or reset password link with anyone.
- Turn on password settings for additional purchases made through online or mobile applications.
- Avoid linking a child's gaming account to a credit card or mobile payment via direct carrier billing. If a child buys gaming credits online, use a trusted e-commerce marketplace, such as Codashop.
- Monitor the account regularly for suspicious activity.
Note: If the transaction has already been completed, it cannot be refunded. See Terms & Conditions for details.
