Following a successful purchase of a voucher on Codashop, you can find your voucher code at the email address you entered when making a transaction.
The voucher code subject line will say, "Thank you for your order!" and it will be sent from "no-reply@codapayments.com" Please see an example below:
Please Note: Check your spam/junk email folder if you don't find it in your regular inbox.
If you still haven't received your voucher code after checking all email folders, please submit the following information to our Customer Support team will assist you in recovering your code:
- Email address
- Order date & time
- Voucher product ordered
- Transaction amount
- Receipt screenshot
