If an error occurs during payment, see I encountered an error while making a payment for common error codes and troubleshooting steps.

1. Select U Mobile as the payment method after choosing the game and the top-up amount.
2. Enter the email address, then select Buy now.
3. Review the order details, then select Confirm and go to payment to continue.
4. Select Continue to be redirected to the U Mobile payment page.
5. Enter the mobile number, then select Next.
6. Enter the PIN, then select Pay Now to process the payment.
7. Once the payment is successful, select OK to proceed to the successful transaction page.
8. The order summary is shown.
