If you have a Codashop account, you can view your transaction history directly:

1. Sign in to your Codashop account.
2. Select the menu in the upper left corner of the screen.
3. Select Transaction history.

You must be signed in using the same email used during the purchase to view the transaction.

If you don't have a Codashop account or can't access it, contact Customer Support with the following information:

• Order date and time
• Order amount
• Game UID (screenshots help confirm the issue)
• Order number (found in the payment confirmation email from Codashop)
• Email used during purchase
• Screenshot of payment proof

Once this information is received, your transaction history will be provided.

Note: For account security reasons, transaction history cannot be provided if the required information above is not submitted.
