Following a successful purchase of a voucher on Codashop, the voucher code is sent to the email address entered during the transaction.
The email subject line reads "Thank you for your order!" and is sent from no-reply@codapayments.com. See the example below:
Note: Check the spam or junk folder if the email is not in the regular inbox.
If the voucher code has not been received after checking all email folders, contact Customer Support with the following details:
- Email address
- Order date and time
- Voucher product ordered
- Transaction amount
- Receipt screenshot
