Genesis Crystals purchased through Codashop are not interchangeable between platforms. Genshin Impact's PlayStation Network (PSN) system supports syncing accounts across PC and Mobile, but Genesis Crystals purchased outside of PSN do not appear on a PSN-linked account.
If Genesis Crystals were purchased but are not visible on a PSN account, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Genshin Impact account on a PC or Mobile device.
- Exchange Genesis Crystals for Primogems on PC/Mobile.
- Primogems are interchangeable across platforms and can be used after being exchanged.
