This article includes:
Voucher terms and conditions
- One-time-use only. The voucher cannot be redeemed multiple times.
- Geo-restricted. The code can only be redeemed within the country of the voucher purchased.
- Subscription restricted. The voucher cannot be redeemed if the account has an active subscription. In some cases, the code cannot be redeemed if the account had an active subscription within the last 30 to 60 days.
- Account restriction. Once an attempt is made to redeem a code, it becomes tied to that account, regardless of whether it was successfully redeemed. No other account can redeem it afterward.
- Voucher validity period. The code can be redeemed immediately or up to 30 days after purchase.
Error codes upon redemption
- "Ineligible to redeem code." This can happen if the code was already redeemed, the account has an active subscription within the restricted time frame, or the code is being redeemed outside the geo-restricted region.
- "Not eligible to use this promo code." This means the account has had an active subscription within the past 30 days. Try redeeming the code once that 30-day period has passed.
- "OOPS. Unable to redeem code." This can be a server error. Wait 24 hours and try again, or the code may already have a failed redemption attempt from someone else.
- "This code has already been redeemed." The voucher code has already been used.
- "The code is no longer valid." The voucher code has expired, or the redemption cap has been met.
- "OOPS. You already have an active subscription. Try again later." The account has an active subscription. Try redeeming the code again once the subscription is no longer active.
